Product Delivery

At present, SENSO Collective delivers exclusively within Romania.

Orders are dispatched via courier service to the delivery address provided by the customer at the time the order is placed.

Delivery is complimentary for orders with a minimum value of RON 350. For orders below this amount, the applicable delivery charge will be clearly displayed before checkout is completed.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive the available tracking information, where supported by the courier service.

Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are accurate and complete before confirming your order. SENSO Collective cannot be held responsible for delays resulting from incomplete or incorrect information provided by the customer.

Estimated delivery times will be communicated during the ordering process and may vary during peak periods, promotional campaigns or in circumstances beyond the reasonable control of SENSO Collective.

Returns

If you change your mind about an online purchase, you have the right to return eligible products within 14 calendar days from the date on which you receive your order, without having to provide a reason for your decision.

To initiate a return, please send us a clear statement of withdrawal using the contact details provided on our website.

Once you have notified us of your decision to return an item, the product must be sent back within the timeframe prescribed by applicable legislation.

Products may only be handled to the extent reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functionality. The customer may be held responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling or use beyond what is necessary for such an assessment.

Returned products should be sent back together with all components and accessories originally supplied with them, where applicable.

The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer, except where the product received is non-conforming, arrives damaged or has been supplied incorrectly by SENSO Collective.

In the event of a refund, the invoiced amount due for refund within a maximum of 14 calendar days, in accordance with the applicable legal provisions.

Refunds will generally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

SENSO Collective may withhold reimbursement until the returned goods have been received or until the customer provides evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Personalised Products

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to the customer’s specifications or to clearly personalised products, in the circumstances provided for by applicable legislation.

This may include, for example, products created specifically with text, imagery, artwork, dimensions or other elements individually selected by the customer.

The exclusion of a personalised product from the right of withdrawal does not affect the customer’s statutory rights where the product is non-conforming.
